The problem was resolved very quickly and I had constant updates of what was happening. There were a few problems with the online support enquiry to begin with, every time I received un update to my ticket, when clicking to the link I was directed to a blank form, but that seemed to be resolved after a few days, as I could see the progress of my enquiry.
